The simple technique is to do the opposite. For the next three minutes I want you to think of an enjoyable holiday or event that you remember clearly. Something that really makes you happy. Keep this image in your head as much as you can for three minutes, play it as a movie, get the sounds in your head, the smells, and everything about the event and just hold it in your mind for three minutes.
For some you may find it hard to keep the picture, if so then talk yourself through the experience, but keep it going for three minutes.
Then repeat this as often as you can during the day, try at least ten times and if you can do more then great. This will help to cure panic attacks for the simple reason that you are replacing the unwanted negative thoughts with positive happy thoughts. The more happy thoughts you have the less likely you will build up anxious worrying thoughts and create a panic attack.
It is simple once you know how to cure a panic attack, and this simple technique will help you to control the stress that causes your attacks.
